Saigon Pho Cafe – Authentic Vietnamese Pho, Banh Mi & Iced Coffee in Guelph

Came on opening day and got vietnamese iced coffee, pork banh mi and rice rolls. Everything was flavourful, fresh and yummy :) The staff were very sweet and friendly. Spice level was adjustable on the banh mi ^.^ plus everything was an affordable price for what you get (banh mi was filling). I got take out but the café itself is also really cute to sit in and eat there! Please go support them!!

they're doing great for their soft opening! owners are so kind. everything is delicious and fresh, portion sizes are generous. the wait time is approximately 8-10mins for a meal. i'm so happy they opened here; i don't think there is another vietnamese place nearby or within walking distance. this is the V6 on the menu. if you are a coffee lover, definitely try the vietnamese iced coffee! so so good.

I live right beside and was so excited to hear a Pho place opened up! I’ve come twice now one day after another and the staff were so friendly nice and accommodating ! Pet friendly I came in with my dog and they were happy to serve us :) Food was delicious fresh and super fast, patio is absolutely lovely, and server made a great recommendation for me. Overall 11/10 officially my new favourite study spot :)

Pho broth is the same as our favourite at Pho Saigon but closer to our home. We parked at the Walmart because we thought it was paid parking only, but we learned that the restaurant can waive your parking fees if you eat there.

The owner Billy was so nice and caring and helpful while I was ordering and he gave the best suggestion on trying the rice paper rolls when I wasn’t sure what to order! The food was really fresh and hot when I got it! He went above and beyond to care for his customers by buying Halal meat so that he could cater to the local Muslim community! I couldn’t recommend this place more to anyone, So definitely try it :)

Relaxing, friendly, casual atmosphere. I ordered the vermicelli with pork balls and roast pork (V6). Very tasty and fresh - nice for a summer day. They have another location (Pho Saigon at 240 Silvercreek Parkway N) also delicious! So I’m so happy they’ve opened this second spot near the mall.

We stopped by Saigon Pho Cafe and were seriously impressed! The banh mi baguettes were bursting with flavor, and the pork spring rolls were perfectly crispy and fresh you can really taste the care that goes into everything. I don’t have any photos because we were too focused on enjoying the food and honestly, that says it all. The menu looks amazing, and I’m already excited to come back to try their vermicelli bowls, pho, and of course their Vietnamese coffee can’t believe I haven’t had it yet! Such a warm, welcoming spot with delicious food that speaks for itself. Definitely a new favorite!
